Are there ANY rumors on what they are going to base their seat on? There is no way they are building a seat from the ground up! 

Do we think that Qantas will fill in the Gaps and do 4 Flights a week, so there is a 7 day coverage between Melbourne and Santiago? Are they Codesharing?

And yet Qantas only have flight a day to Singapore.....they need more planes to fly this route and the route to Hong Kong where Cathay is doing 3-4 flights a day!! 

I wonder if they would do a Dallas or even Atlanta to try and connect to a dub, or do they go to Chicago?

So, I was looking on my books...I can book Items before I fly or I can order food on board. Are the items that are Available on "Q-Eats" the same as on board, or is it a different menu? Eg on Q-Eats there is lobster tail and a good looking pork dish..will this be available in the air or do I have...

From my discussion with the Pilot, every year or so they are going to firm up the next batch. So soon they will book in the next batch for when this lot has been delievered. Their aim is no to say "We have finalised a $10 Billion dollar order" and spook the market, they are doing it is small bits.

After speaking to a Qantas Long Haul pilot, who said that qantas was going to finalize 10-15 787-9 planes every year, so it didn't spook the market and effect the stock price. Qantas has the price locked in...so more 787-9 here we come!!!

Friend of mine got on that flight as it was 200 cheap going Melb Adel Doh rather than Adel to Doh...doesn't make much sense how it is cheaper

Could you go SYD - MEL, then QF 9 to Dubai and then Emirates from there? Better connections?

I flew a Two Class A380 from Manchester to Dubai...have done it 4 times now but this was the first with teh Two Class...was honestly the worst flight on emirates. The crew where more interested in dealing wiht the 100 Economy Passengers in front of us than serving us.
