I have done the 55 mins a few times. Its easy as you are going from non shengen to non shengen. the gates are close and the lounge is in between. no hastles. Good luck

Wow. On board QF660 adl to bris. 737-800. In Y. I never thought that airline toilets could get any smaller. I'm not a big person but can hardly move inside the new offering. I don't know how big people would get on (or off) It it me or are others surprised at the size.

Lantau island has plenty to fill a day [esp if you like hiking]. Easy and regular ferry from central to Mui Wo and regular buses to interesting places from the ferry terminal.

NIts not a problem at all. I have done just as you suggest many times.The only time I have had a problem changing passports was at a land border in Africa many years ago.
