• Qantas : no photos please

    Dec 09, 2023, 11:24 AM

There is a law about consent before posting photos on line. Qantas is merely protecting itself (as it having deeper pockets) for being sued for allowing pictures to be posted. Having it in terms and conditions is a reasonable defence.

  • Heathrow Lounges T5 and T3

    May 21, 2023, 03:57 PM

You need a boarding pass for that terminal to enter another terminal. So going there airside is not possible. There are wider choices of lounges at terminal three but sorry ‘no can do’ as they say.

  • Qantas a320Neo updates

    Apr 24, 2023, 06:00 PM

They have over 100 A320NEOs on order which have been earmarked for Jetstar but as we have seen can be switched across the group.

  • It’s a bit of a misnomer. All day dining starts at 11.00 after breakfast. I’ve had that issue as well and they gave me something off the all day dining menu a little early.

  • I’ve been asked for ID as I recall, so they can ask. But on that it will probably be a slap on the wrist. Do note that you live in the UK may flag a check.

  • QF Call Centre - Horrendous

    Nov 13, 2022, 06:18 PM

Even as platinum I’m getting a South African call centre and they have been excellent for my (self inflicted) complicated re-ticketing. They had to check with someone to approve it (and save me money); but they were brilliant and I gave them 5/5 on the survey at the end of the call.

  • This has been an industrial issue for Australian crew, for all of this hence the NZ crews. A shortage of 787s is the reason.
