• Insure& go user here as well. Found them much easier to deal with than others. Have used Covermore in the past but then they decided to limit my cover to $50k for any medical coverage, which is practically worthless in the USA.

  • I can relate to the cost of coverage and even being able to get cover for pre-existing conditions. In the past I have found Covermore and an online product called Insureandgo reasonable. As with most of these products the price can vary for thew same person on different trips. They are never 'che...

First world problem. I don't think it's an issue at all.

  • Good old Perth Airport, showing once again why people call our state Wait Awhile. Just when Perth Airport was catching up after years of neglect they pull this sort of rubbish from last century.

  • Huge fee for flight date change.

Maybe get some advice from ACCC they recently said they'd be watching airlines for unreasonable fees. Or at least mention that to the TA, see if that helps.

  • I like the less formal approach and really like the seat...plenty of space, comfortable, crew attentive, food and drinks OK (especially the champagne) and certainly not lacking privacy. Just wish they had a bar/lounge that was similar to the Qatar.

  • I tend to go upstairs to the drop off zone to get picked up. That doesn't work that well in peak times but is usually fine off peak. Sydney airport is atrocious, overpriced for zero service. Walking to either of the special 'zones' is ridiculous. Poor way finding and poor footpaths and a rip off ...

  • Hmmm, if that started on a flight I was on I'd have zoned of after about 20 seconds.

  • That's not bad news at all. I like the first config on the QF A380. Lots of room, comfort, privacy and no tiny 'room' created by doors.

  • never when flying EK on a QF ticket. Have had plenty of upgrades on QF metal and also a number on BA with QF ticket...even after the divorce :)

  • I personally prefer the QR A380 over EK. Crew attentive, friendly and helpful. I also like the bar/lounge on the QR aircraft over the EK version. Both are good.

  • I don't mind the Skybed II, better by far than BA and EK. I do like the new A330 J product. Also like the A380 J on Qatar.
