    Same seats. Comfortable enough for the 12 hours. Good food. Good bedding. Byo IFE. Soft product changes... hard product to still be updated.

    HiI was wondering if anyone has utilized the SQ upgrade system recently?Interested to know about prices from MEL /SYD / BNE - SIN and also SIN intra Asia. Is there much difference between full ticket outright cost or waiting for the upgrade option to become available 72hrs pre departure?

    3hrs 40mins to get connected to an agent this week. Also... the only way to get a refund rather than credit is to endure the wait. At least the music isnt awful

    Etihad has been sending out several surveys lately regarding lounge / first class lounge experience. I think they are turning their minds to what the design and features will be. Fingers crossed for something better than decent.
