I flew in and out of T4 over the weekend and it's still a bit of a mess. The car park and outdoor area between terminal and carpark are not open yet, requiring you to walk to the main short term car park and the pick up area in front of the old car park to meet your ride. Also the new boarding ga...

Aug 18, 2015, 12:03 PMMaybe not Tiger but I know that I sometimes end up on Jetstar, which will be based in T4 soon too. I'd like to find out some more information too please.

i may be flying Tiger for a trip to cairns from melbourne as its half the price than flying the others.
Aug 18, 2015, 09:30 AMI have flown Tiger a few times over the last few years, for the same reason. Sometimes they are considerably cheaper to a point that you cannot justify paying for a better airline. I must say that since Virgin has owned the airline that they have gotten a lot better. I still dread their terminal...

Virgin Australia to cede Bali routes to Tigerair, axe Phuket flights
Aug 07, 2015, 11:49 AMI flew Australia-DPS Return last week. Outgoing on Jetstar - Almost full flight Incoming on Virgin - not even 50% full I'm not surprised that it is not profitable. Most of the people on Bali trips want to save as much money as possible

Looking to travel to NY does anyone know anyone good cheap and reliable hotels?
Jul 16, 2015, 04:25 PMThe Pod hotels on 51st and 39th streets are good value. Less than $300 per night, very modern (also tiny) rooms, great staff and atmosphere. Walking distance to Grand Central.

Qantas or Thai Airways to London in economy with a bad back?
Jul 15, 2015, 11:16 AMQantas A380 economy is fantastic. For me, the little seemingly pointless foot net made a world of difference to comfort.

Does Virgin Australia have any lounge agreements in place in Bali?
Jul 02, 2015, 01:47 PMThe JAS Premier lounge is open for business class passengers. I beleive this lounge is also quite cheap for paid entry so there is a very good chance that there will be no escape from the 'Bali Holidaymaker'

Hi, We are in the UK for a week in June.
May 19, 2015, 04:33 PMLast time I was in the UK a local friend gave me an O2 sim. I cant comment on the price as it was a freeby but their rates were good (about 15 pounds for 1gb data) and I found the coverage to be good everywhere I went.

The world's 10 most scenic airport approaches
May 19, 2015, 01:54 PMBilly Bishop Airport in Toronto is fantastic, I dont know why more people dont know about it. Sure you have to fly in on a propellor aircraft, but with Porter flying in a Q400 from many US cities it is a very good choice. Also, the immigration queues are almost non existant here. You can be off...

iPad Pro: Apple supersizes the tablet
May 07, 2015, 04:02 PMIt would be fantastic if it ran OSx instead of iOS. That would eliminate the need to carry a laptop. iOS is fantastic, but the limitations in the Mail app and other watered down features mean you will almost always need your laptop at one point
