Exactly the same product on board Thai's 777-300ER's which service their European routes. But you are right it is a much better product than their 777-200ER's currently used in to Melbourne.

Well the 2 main airlines they compete against, Qatar and Etihad are way ahead in this game. Qatar's 777's business class is 2-2-2 with lots of space and a-la-carte dining. Their A350's are 1-2-1. Their prices also aren't out of line with EK's so not sure that argument stands.
