How the interchange cap will affect credit card frequent flyer points
May 30, 2016, 01:33 PMI disagree. Any fees or charges should be representitive of the fees that the merchant has to pay for that transaction. It should not be a way to gauge money from customers - as it's not a part of the advertised price. Merchants of course don't have to pass those costs on as a CC sur...

Dress Code in Virgin Lounge?
May 11, 2016, 03:19 PMI believe the rule is " smart casual attire". That being said I'm pretty sure I've been in the lounge with shorts, tshirt and thongs before as I've been going to the beach and it's been fine. I don't think you'll have a problem, if you looks smart. If you turned up with thongs and a r...

I'm not familar with the train system in France, and it was stupidly easy to book tickets that suited us. Our tickets from Paris we could print at home. Our tickets at Bordeaux,...

We are a family of 4 (2A 2C, 8,11yrs), travelling to Singapore on SIA at end of Dec.
Oct 16, 2015, 10:01 AMOne of my colleagues recently went to Singapore, and wasn't able to get in with gold with his 2 kids, unsure if they've tightened the rules, or if he was just unlucky. I would certainly try to get in though, you've got nothing to lose. If you can't get in, I wouldn't worry too much, ...
