I’d really hope that the A321 will be fit with lay-flat J for the flights to/from Asian destinations. Something tells me they will not be, though.

Looks like 3 different fabric/seat covering types? Eg: hero image (chocolate brown with arched quilted stitching. 1st image (light colour with pattern and parallel stitching. 3rd image (cream colour with wide, straight lined quilted stitching).

I particularly love how announcements are strategically cued to occur juuuuust as I'm about to adjust the IFE in someway and therefore locked from doing so until 700 minutes later when the announcement finally finishes. Then I go to attempt the IFE adjustment again and the same announcement start...

So, on the $450 travel credit: does this mean that if you book a flight using the $450 credit, for that flight you'll earn SC (unlike when you book the free flight under the current framework)?

Their web site doesn't appear to be selling fares to/from LGW outside of direct flights to/from HKG, KLO and Teipei. I'm guessing to book a flight from SYD/MEL to LGW, you'd need to run that as two tix?

Oh nice. That's not anywhere near as cringe-worthy as I expected them to be. That said, Skippy and Waltzing Matilda are borderline on the cringe-worthy scale, but passable ;-) 

Bit-by-bit, they're progressively marginalising their top tier FF pax. It's like they're actually TRYING to drive away their highest value customers.

Another nail in the coffin. Another flaw in the 'partnership' model VA adhere so strongly to. If you don't want to join an alliance program, you need to have the means to run your own global network of routes and lounges (eg, EK/EK)
